Conformance target

FloorCraft targets the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA across the public website and member app. The interface includes technical safeguards for keyboard access, focus visibility, reflow, forms, dialogs, status messages and reduced motion.

Accessibility is an ongoing responsibility. New photographs, videos, documents, third-party content and live data must also be reviewed before the service can support a formal conformance claim.

Accessibility features

• Keyboard-accessible navigation, forms, links, dialogs and application controls.
• Skip links, landmarks, descriptive page titles and a logical heading structure.
• Visible focus indicators designed to remain unobscured by fixed navigation.
• Colour contrast, non-colour status cues and forced-colours support.
• Responsive reflow at narrow widths and high zoom, with labelled scroll regions where necessary.
• Clearly associated labels, required-field identification, error summaries and live status announcements.
• Touch targets sized for reliable operation and no pointer-only essential interactions.
• Reduced animation for visitors who request reduced motion.
• Alternative text for informative images and hidden treatment for decorative or duplicated imagery.
• Named modal dialogs with managed keyboard focus and Escape-key support.

Media accessibility

Videos added to the Student Gallery should include accurate captions for spoken content and meaningful audio. Where important visual information is not conveyed in the soundtrack, provide an audio description or an equivalent text description. Event cover images and photographs should use meaningful file names or descriptions where their content is not already explained nearby.

Report an accessibility difficulty

Please tell FloorCraft if any part of the website or member app is difficult to use. Include the page, task, device, browser and assistive technology where possible.
